I have been in the healing practice since 1994 when I became a licensed Physical Therapist. I initially worked in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Home Health and Nursing Homes. In 2003, I began teaching Pilates and studying Yoga. This paved the way for opening a Yoga studio in 2005 that I operated until 2019. I continued seeing clients on a private basis combining the tools of Physical Therapy, Pilates and Yoga throughout my time owning the studio. I found this combination was a wonderful tool to be used to help others obtain optimal health and well-being. I had an opportunity to share yoga with teenage boys that were in a residential treatment facility during this time. This work had a positive impact on how they thought about themselves, in addition to giving them techniques to handle their anger, sadness and fears. I have always had a deep connection and desire to help those who feel they are voiceless in this world. Since 2019, I have used my free time to educate myself on mental and emotional abuse, c-ptsd and the effects this can have on the body.

I would like to dedicate my work to reach not only those that have physical pain but to anyone who feels unheard or unsafe. I will use my years of experience and studies to help one not only survive but thrive.
